Three Days in Istanbul: A Travel Guide
Turkey is one of the most fascinating countries I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. It’s only one of the seven countries in the world that spans two continents. Turkey definitely has the feel that it’s part of two different worlds… especially in Istanbul! It’s truly unlike any culture I’ve experienced. I spent a total of three days in Istanbul, two of which were on a tour with Intrepid Travel. I had an absolutely amazing time on that trip, and if you’re interested in learning about my experience, check out my most recent blog post. Otherwise, read on for my suggested travel itinerary for three days in Istanbul! I adapted the itinerary from what I saw and did on my Intrepid tour, as well as what I did myself after the tour, using many of the suggestions given to me by my wonderful tour guide, Ayșenur.

Three Days in Istanbul: A Travel Guide

And in conclusion...
Turkey is a country that everyone should visit at least once in their lives. It will truly leave a lasting impression. In particular, the largest city, will leave you yearning for more. Three days in Istanbul is not nearly enough. You can spend days getting lost and exploring what the city has to offer, yet still stumble upon something new each time. However, this three days in Istanbul itinerary gives you a great glimpse of what the city holds. You can use it as a starting point for a longer stay, or as an introduction to a city you will come back to time and time again.
